Zach’s connection to the community goes far beyond his work. He’s also a key leader behind The Smile Project, a heartwarming initiative he co-heads along with White House Florist. The project’s mission is simple but powerful: to spread kindness and joy throughout the community. Through surprise deliveries, small acts of appreciation, and contagious positivity, The Smile Project reminds us all of the good that comes from taking time to care for others.
A proud graduate of Western Kentucky University, Zach’s enthusiasm has always been larger than life, literally. During his college years, he served as the school’s beloved Big Red mascot, entertaining crowds and bringing smiles to thousands of fans. That same spirit of fun and connection still shines through in everything he does today.
Outside of work and community service, Zach’s favorite role is being a husband and dad. He and his wife are raising three beautiful children. When he’s not at the office or volunteering, you can find him enjoying time with his family, supporting local businesses, and finding new ways to make people smile, both figuratively and literally.
