It’s almost fall! Join us Friday, September 27th from 3:30 PM to 9:00 PM at 105 College Street White House, TN for our 2019 Fall Family Block Party presented by Ryan Homes – Concord Springs. We will have a fall farmers market, a bike parade, vendors, a costume contest and the showing of Hocus Pocus at dark at this FREE event.
If you attended the White House Farmers Markets at City Hall this summer, then you will see some familiar faces at this event! Blocker Farms, Woodsy Creek, Princess Bubbles Soap Emporium, WadeFarmz, and Happy Bee Apiary will be there with some of their fall favorites for you to pick and choose from. There will also be several vendors from boutique clothing to home decor available for you to do a little shopping! (You can view a full list of vendors below.)
Our friends North Nash Event Rentals will be there again this year with their inflatables and you can jump all night for just $5. After you get done jumping, make sure you grab a bite to eat or a sweet treat from some of your favorite local food trucks, Key’s Southern Smokehouse and Meadows Melt’s Shaved Ice & Cotton Candy.
Registration for the bike parade begins at 5:00 PM in the roundabout located between White House City Hall and the Library. The actual parade will begin at 5:20 PM. There will even be prizes for the best decorated bikes! If you have any questions regarding the bike parade prior to parade day, please call the Parks and Recreation Department at 615-672-4350 EXT: 2114. To get in the fall spirit even more, we will be having a costume contest again this year. This is for all ages and there will be prizes! Come dressed in your favorite Halloween costume or even dress like one of the Sanderson Sisters in honor of the movie that will be playing at dark, Hocus Pocus.
Bring your blankets, lawn chairs, friends and families and mark your calendars for this exciting fall event! We can’t wait to see you there.
